Body Shop

1. Login as the administrator,

2. Locate or Create Parts Request to process.

3. Edit and or save request.

4. Email request to auto parts house.


Note: Shop workers require a  password to submit  a parts request.  Final approval and emailing lies with the administrator.

Back Office 

Back Office Management is key.  The screen below is a database view and shows all

activity that relates to any parts request submitted. The parts request can be filtered and

search by any and all fields on the form.  Locate your parts request and click anywhere on

the item to process.  The View Link allows the body shop to launch the Parts Order Request

 App in back office to create an order.  Parts request retention is 12 months from date of

entry, at which time it will be automatically removed (self maintained database).  

Data Management Requires admin user and password to access. Non administrators or

shop worker can use the direct link supplied to submit a parts request, provided they have

the shop workers password to access the form.  Any modifications will require an Administrator.

Parts Order Processing.


The form below is a direct result of what was submitted by the body shop. The document can be edited, emailed, printed, or just simply deleted. The status of the parts order can also be set and tracked here ( Received, Back Order, Canceled, Deleted, Partial, Returned). The bottom portion of this document shows the signature of approval and date signed. Using the Edit feature, the shop can modify any portion of the parts request as required.
