THE BODY SHOP can place our ShopPartner Form link on their existing website allowing a web client access to the Vehicle Repair Estimate form. The shop can receive, update, delete, send and resend the online request for estimate as it deems necessary.
Once the body shop has performed their evaluation procedure, the original submitted document is returned by the shop with estimated cost attached if applicable. Any additional requirements or findings that may have been discovered during the initial inspection will be noted.
Any WEB CLIENT looking at your website for a competitive estimate for their vehicle can submit their request for estimate directly using the Vehicle Repair Estimate Form link provided.

Link Installation involves setting up the logo image along with a link to our supporting app. The logo image should be placed for easy access to your website viewers. Apply the link example to the logo image supplied (estimate_logo.png). Link example: href="https://auto-shop-partner.com/estimates/view.php?id=12345", that's it. This update should be minor in cost, simple to accomplish and require an experienced web designer to install.

1. Click on estimate link.
2. Enter client/vehicle profile data, etc.
3. Describe vehicle's condition. Upload photo(s).
4. Verify correctness of data entered.
5. Submit Form.
Body Shop
1. Login as the administrator,
2. Locate or Create the estimate to process.
3. Edit and save estimate.
4. Email estimate to client for their approval.
Note: Walk-in client estimates can be generated and processed/printed within the back office.

Back Office Management is key. The screen below is a database view and shows all
activity that relates to any estimate submitted. The estimates can be filtered and search
by any and all fields on the form. Locate your estimate and click anywhere on the
estimate to process. The View Link allows the body shop to launch the Vehicle Repair
Estimate App in back office to create an estimate. Estimate retention is one (1) year from date of
entry, at which time it will be automatically removed (self maintained database).
Data Management Requires admin user and password to access.
Estimate Processing.
The form below is a direct result of what was submitted by the web client or the body shop. The document can be edited, emailed, printed, or just simply deleted. During the initial creation of the estimate, the estimate page was skipped and reserved for the body shop. Once the estimate is evaluated by the body shop, it can be modified and sent back to the web client for their approval.
The bottom portion of this document shows estimate amount, signature of approval and date signed. These three items are for shop use only. Once all is agreed upon, the web client's signature can be applied, if required. Using the Edit feature, the shop can modify any portion of the estimate request as required. Note: The form can also be used as an Invoice of Repairs.
ShopPartner Online Signatures are LEGALLY BINDING AND SECURE. ShopPartner is completely secure and compliant with all major eSignature laws, including ESIGN, UETA, European Union eIDAS (EU No.910/2014). Additionally, all access is over HTTPS and all documents are encrypted . A secure Audit Trail is also provided that includes an email of the complete form, sent directly to your company in-box and your web clients' email.
